How this Local Company Saw My Vision & Brought it to Reality
I'm not your ordinary consumer. I'm an herbalist, a naturalist, and I wanted a farmhouse. I'm picky when it comes to houses, some might even call me "high maintenance". So I have a pretty miraculous story to tell about my experience with Tami, Owner/Broker of Tami Pelletier Real Estate, and Rebecca Kram, the Realtor I hired.

I had been told that most homes in Weare average a selling time of 1 year. I listed with Rebecca in August of 2007, and we had the house under agreement by February of 2008.

Wow!

I thought it was pretty incredible that they got the house under agreement in the dead of winter, during a snowstorm, with a house set on a treacherous hill with a steeply pitched driveway. Miracle indeed!

Because of Tami's local stature, she found the farmhouse not through the computer or a real estate system...she found it through her friends. And Rebecca was right there as my Buyer's Agent to get me through both sides of the transaction. The local expertise and networking was the key ingredient that led me to the PERFECT house that meets my needs, my family & business needs, and my husband's hobby needs!

The story doesn't end here. Through home inspections and negotations, both Rebecca and Tami were there to smooth over ruffled feathers - on several occasions, both of them saved the transaction. It can be extremely stressfull buying an antique home, locating proper insurance for it, and getting it to pass inspection and appraisals! And also this was during the "mortgage crisis"!

So I am forever grateful to Tami and Rebecca, and I can certainly vouch for their professionalism, their intelligence, wit, strategic knowing, their patience and also their intuitive abilities. I have just hung my little herb sign outside the farmhouse (click the picture at the top of this page to see a larger photo).
