Weare NH Real Estate
The town of Weare is one of the largest townships per square mile in the state of NH. With such a large area to cover, the town originally had several centers. The current center rich in history with historical buildings such as the Old Town Hall (Grange) and the Stone Memorial Building are located along route 114. The American Legion Hall, the town Library and of course the gazebo are also found in the center of Weare which hosts a Farmers market, American Legion breakfasts, fiddlers contests and some surprising fireworks for Old Home Day celebrations.

Weare is not only rich in history, community and land but also has many ponds, streams and lakes. Along with the Piscataquog River there is Lake Horace with its public beach and boat launch, Everett Lake at (2000 acres) Clough State Park, and Mt. William’s Pond with its annual fishing derby. There are extensive acres of conservation land geared to preserve the rural character and provide public forests for hiking, biking, skiing, or just walking.
With the recent completion of the Weare Middle School there are three schools in town with numerous organizations where parents help in sports, fund raising and classrooms. Weare, athough big in size, feels more like small town America invested in preserving its rural surrondings. All this while only 20 minutes to the State Capital, 30mins to Manchester and only a little over an hour to Boston. Weare with its resources and community pride is truly as our sign says, " A Part of Yesterday in Touch with Tomorrow".
